Simple Mills - Recipe Ideas



2 boxes Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix 

5 egg whites, whipped

1 Tbsp vanilla

3/4 cup (180g) of butter / ghee, melted

3/4 cup (180ml) of coconut milk

1/4 cup (40g) of chopped pecans

1/4 cup (50g) of coconut sugar or brown sugar

1 Tbsp of cinnamon



  1. Preheat oven to 350F / 180C (160C Fan).
  2. Set aside 1 cup of mix in a separate bowl for topping
  3. Combine remaining mix with 113g of butter and 120ml coconut milk
  4. Add in whipped egg whites
  5. Pour into a greased 9 x13 pan
  6. Combined chopped pecan, reserved mix, coconut sugar, and remaining butter until a crumble forms
  7. Add crumble on top
  8. Bake for 25 minutes. Baking times may vary by appliance.
