Simple Mills - Recipe Ideas


1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
2 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp. unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
2.5 tsp ground coffee
⅓ cup (30g) rolled oats
¾ cup (20g) gluten free corn flakes
1 tsp sea salt, the chunkier the better
1 egg

1. Prepare cookie mix according to package directions, then add coffee, oats and corn flakes; mix well.
2. Roll into balls and press flat then sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Bake on parchment lined pan for 15 minutes at 350F / 180C (160C Fan), let them cool completely before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
